There are always some coffee experimentations. Some of these are multiyear paths of investigation.
The pursuit of knowledge is an important aspect along the coffee path. With a few good souls, we wander through the world of flavours, exploring ideas, searching for new means to raise the coffee quality at retail whilst adding value to the producers.
